Christmas lunch at Les Sarments near Gassin

We are visiting the Restaurant Les Sarments, which is near the traffic lights on the D559 at Gassin.  
 
Eric Vigouroux, the chef and owner, was Eddie Barclay’s personal chef, during that era. Eddie was a record producer, reknowned for his “white parties” in St Tropez, where all the celebrities were obliged to dress in white. Having eaten at Eric’s restaurant several times, I can say that the food is excellent. There is also a roaring fire during the winter months…

Closing date for this is Wednesday, 21 November, as Eric will be away until just before our event. It may be possible to add one or two after this date, but it can’t be guaranteed. So, please book as soon as possible.
 
Payment in advance preferably by virement (see below) or a cheque to the Treasurer Margaret Berkin, Villa la Louve, Corniche de la Louve, 83820 LE RAYOL CANADEL.

How to make a booking for an event:

1. Contact the organiser to book places

2. If there is a choice of menu make sure to put a NAME to EACH item for menu cards

3. Pay in advance preferably by virement (bank transfer) to:-

5. IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR BOOKING TWO DAYS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE CHECK WITH THE ORGANISER THAT YOU ARE BOOKED IN.
