Open to all members and their guests. Walks are usually a couple of hours duration and are relatively easy although you should always wear suitable walking boots/shoes and bring a bottle of water.

All walkers do so at their own risk. No liability is accepted by VIAC or the walk organizer(s).

Well behaved dogs are permitted on our walk but we ask owners to put their dogs on a lead whenever we are obliged by the terrain to walk in single file.

Next walk will be on Friday 5th July (postponed from June due to adverse weather)

Meet at starting point at Rebouillon in the Gorges de Chateaudouble at 10:30. We shall follow the old disused road and the cart track lower in the gorge then climb to the perched village of Chateaudouble, where we take lunch at La Tour restaurant. After lunch we make our way down the valley again back to our starting point (1.5 hrs morning walk. 1.25 hrs pm walk).

Please contact Peter Clarke or Rod Joyce if you would like to participate.
